I see that there is a nice dimension feature to mark out lengths of sides and spacing between points, however is there any way to dimension a hole? I am looking to click on a hole and drag out a leader that says the diameter.

Sorry but at the moment you will have to use the same dimension tool that you have used for edges. Just start the dimension on the inner edge of the hole and end on the inner edge diametrically opposite.
Don't forget to put the dimensions on the Document layer and not on the Silkscreen or Copper layers.
