I don't think I've seen this on tools other than the very high end Cadence tools, but it should be fairly easy to have an option to display the track resistance of each segment of a net as an overlay layer for each PCB layer.  Just needs to know the weight of copper being used.  Needs to include the resistance of any vias though so will need to define HASL or gold.
