It appears they are displayed there for everybody except the creator.

"...my own user created schematics and footprints ..." To clarify: "...my own user created **Schematic Symbols** and **PCB Footprints** ..." :)

it will dislpay the owner. if it is created by youself, it should display when you searching it.
