Vias are covered in solder mask. Place an array of small multilayer pads instead. Better still, design your contact pads as Footprints then in your schematic, place a two single pin connectors (any 1 pin connector or header from the EELib) then assignone of your footprints to one header pin and the other footprint to the other header pin. Even better, make a single footprint that includes both contact pads, place a 2 pin header in your schematic and assign your two pad footprint to it.
