Drill holes

Hello Simple question, How do I make drill holes in a PCB? I'm sure its obvious, but I cannot find in help tutorial and I cannot find a suitable layer to draw circle on, when I draw a circle I only have 3 layers available and non seem obvious Thank You Boz PS Routing a complex PCB at the moment and its going quite well :-)

Hi, Why not put a PAD or Via with pad size = hole size?

Just happened on this case myself. Would be pretty cool to be able to draw on the hole layer -- with the understanding that not all providers can do slots, etc... My first reflex was to create a circle, and assign it to the Hole layer... Ah well!

If you draw a circle at the boardout line, you will get a NPTH hole.

Hey there, not sure it's possible to draw a circle on the outline layer either? Sorry if I'm missing the obvious.

I think there's a problem with drawing shapes on the outline layer. When I tried it they came out on the top silkscreen instead. I've asked the team to investigate. :)

Hi, You can't draw a circle in board outline directly. Because Gerber problem. But You can use Arc instead. :) Up to now, use Pad or Via are the best solutions. Maybe you like this <https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/ThelatestupgradeofEasyEDA.html#h.ubs94xpocqt1>
