Select the pot symbol in the schematic. In the right hand properties panel, click on the Package attribute. This should open the new Footprint Manager (see the latest What's new in Version 4.x.x post). You can now deal the pins around so that this on the Symbol match those on the Footprint. Alternatively, select the symbol and the press the`I` key. This opens a simplified version of the Footprint Manager from where you can do the same pin swap. If there is a problem with the pot symbol or the footprint please post a screenshot clearly showing which component it is in the library.
