**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
When you add components, R1, R2, R3 etc it gives a duplicate prefix warning when you try to convert schematic to PCB. I have checked my schematic, there are no duplicate prefixes but still comes up with error
Steps to reproduce bug:
1.Add components R1, R2, R3 (Any components)
2.Click on convert to PCB button
3.Error comes up saying duplicate prefix.
