Do you wish to draw a differential line in a schematic or as PCB tracks?
In a schematic, just draw wires in the usual way but route them together and mark in Text that they are to be routed as a differential pair.
You could also draw them as a 2 wire bus using the Bus and Bus Entry tools.
In a PCB you can route them together side by side or separately. How you do it depends on what your requirements are for differential impedance, length (propagation time) matching and exact application.
There is a lot of misunderstanding and half-truths about the layout of PCB traces for differential lines. Unless you have one (crossing a plane break with minimal EMC/Signal Integrity degradation) or maybe two very specific reasons to lay the traces for a differential line closely next to each other, they work just as well - and are much simpler to lay out and easier to define the controlled impedance for - routed as separate tracks.
