I downloaded the local autorouter tool: EasyEDA-Router-v0.6 When I run it, the command window just says: Auto Router now running... In the logs, I have: 2018-06-01 20:36:44.784:INFO::main: Logging initialized @267ms 2018-06-01 20:36:44.848:INFO:oejs.Server:main: jetty-9.2.22.v20170606 2018-06-01 20:36:45.208:INFO:oejs.ServerConnector:main: Started ServerConnector@c8ee4a7{HTTP/1.1}{127.0.0.1:3579} 2018-06-01 20:36:45.209:INFO:oejs.Server:main: Started @694ms When I try to run the autorouter from the builder, it immediately says it's unavailable (faster than if I didn't have the service running), and I get the following error messages in the log file: 2018-06-01 20:37:53.177:WARN:oejh.HttpParser:qtp769287236-16: Illegal character 0x16 in state=START for buffer HeapByteBuffer@31b16c88[p=1,l=175,c=8192,r=174]={\x16\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00...\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00} 2018-06-01 20:37:53.179:WARN:oejh.HttpParser:qtp769287236-16: badMessage: 400 Illegal character 0x16 for HttpChannelOverHttp@73181ce{r=0,c=false,a=IDLE,uri=} How do I fix this problem? I even tried adding the java.exe to my firewall to make sure it was accessible. Korishan

please refer this You need to configure the browser and execute the script first before click the **Auto Router** icon at editor. [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Route/index.html#Local-Auto-Router](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Route/index.html#Local-Auto-Router)

I've done that. I use Chrome and the above page says that Chrome doesn't need to be configured. Is there a setting somewhere in Chrome that I actually do need to configure?

Please make sure your OS is 64bit. if you still can't use the Auto router, please try another PCB, if only this one PCB can't run it, please share your project [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Share/Share-to-Public/index.html](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Share/Share-to-Public/index.html) I will help to check

OS is Windows 10 1803 64-Bit. I tried another PCB, and got the same thing: 2018-06-10 20:15:47.980:INFO::main: Logging initialized @292ms 2018-06-10 20:15:48.060:INFO:oejs.Server:main: jetty-9.2.22.v20170606 2018-06-10 20:15:52.161:INFO:oejs.ServerConnector:main: Started ServerConnector@6979e8cb{HTTP/1.1}{127.0.0.1:3579} 2018-06-10 20:15:52.162:INFO:oejs.Server:main: Started @4476ms 2018-06-10 20:15:54.809:WARN:oejh.HttpParser:qtp769287236-19: Illegal character 0x16 in state=START for buffer HeapByteBuffer@595b58c0[p=1,l=175,c=8192,r=174]={\x16>\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00...\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00} 2018-06-10 20:15:54.813:WARN:oejh.HttpParser:qtp769287236-19: badMessage: 400 Illegal character 0x16 for HttpChannelOverHttp@619f8bc4{r=0,c=false,a=IDLE,uri=} I even run the batch file as admin and still get the errors. I didn't say there was anything wrong with the PCB design/project. I had no doubt that that would work just fine. My problem is the Local Autoroute Server is not working properly. Is there a setting in Chrome that must be set? Is there something I need to change in the autoroute config? I decided to make a screen capture of the progress and show the log file during the event. [https://youtu.be/Lpu4tE6sE2I](https://youtu.be/Lpu4tE6sE2I) Notes in video: Video showing EasyEDA Local Autorouter problem First autoroute without the local running. At 0:02 I open the Autoroute window. In about 2 seconds the "Local" option goes 'Unavailable' because it tried to the local and didn't find it loaded yet. Then I load the local autoroute program. At 0:20 I start the local autoroute in the cmd window and show the successful loading by viewing the log file at 0:31. I then proceed to try the autoroute window again at 0:44. At 0:45 the window already says the 'Local' option is unavailable. So it did try to communicate with the local server. At 0:53 I show the log showing the error message that was generated from the client attempting to communicate with the server. So, with this video, can anyone tell me what's wrong? I get no other error message from Windows, Firewall, or Chrome. I have even disabled my anti-virus/anti-malware just in case.
