Wow, this one is a real bummer!
I have made faceplates for my controller casings and up to now I could make some really complex cutouts in the faceplates by drawings the board outlines on CAD in DXF, import it into EaseEDA and it came this side done.
Now all of a sudden this feature is not supported any more and all I can so now is a making a solid region which does not allow rounded corners for example.
My faceplates looks very professional and durable and impressed my customers. What now?
I have evaluated the new EasyEDA in Aplha version and I have raised a number of concerns which makes the new version significantly more cumbersome to work with than the old version and this is just another example of how some really good functionality became lost in the new version.
Oaks, I am afraid you guys are moving in the wrong direction. The software is becoming more of a mouse click hog with every important update and like now, my old faceplate PCB's basically is not compatible with the new version. I have lost function.
