@manyamatoga I am specifically talking about the desktop version - not the in browser version.

I'm having the same problem.  I've been using the STD version for a long time but thought I'd try the pro version.  I can log into the web version just fine, but the desktop client gives that error: redirect_uri=nullauth/google/callback flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow

@mark.henman Hello, currently the 27 version of the client can not support Google login, this problem we have been in the process of fixing, please wait for the 28 version of the download link online.

It sounds like you've encountered a common issue where the app's integration with Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication isn't fully compliant with their updated policies. This could happen if the redirect URI isn't properly configured or validated by Google. You might want to try reaching out to the app's support team to report this error, as they need to update their OAuth setup to meet Google's security standards.

As a developer, I can say this highlights the importance of implementing SEO-friendly development practices, like ensuring structured and compliant code, which not only improves functionality but also helps with search engine rankings. For example, modernising apps with a focus on compliance and optimisation is a key step forward.
