Is this is a schematic symbol in the library or a schematic symbol that has been placed in a schematic?
For a schematic symbol in the library, select it, click Edit then edit the pin name as required and save it with a unique name.

For a schematic symbol that has been placed in a schematic, select it then click **Group/Ungroup Symbol...**
