Is this is a schematic symbol in the library or a schematic symbol that has been placed in a schematic?
For a schematic symbol in the library, select it, click Edit then edit the pin name as required and save it with a unique name.

For a schematic symbol that has been placed in a schematic, select it then click **Group/Ungroup Symbol...**

Select the pin and edit the name or other attributes as required:

Reselect the whole symbol (left-click right drag) and click **Group/Ungroup Symbol...** then fill in the details if you want to create a new symbol that you can reuse or leave blank if
