Electrolitic capacitor - schematic vs PCB

Hello, in my opinion there is a bug. When placing electrolitic cap on schematic and next converting to a PCB, the "+" pad (one with small "+" on silk layer) is allways connected to GND. Assuming - electrolitic caps are connected in oposite direction comparing schamatic to PCB in same project. Please check it out.

Hi Szafran, Can you post a public project to illustrate this? Thanks.

Sure, here you are: https://easyeda.com/szafran/caps_test-e9411ed27bb047a88f9b1684a4f5f76c name of the project - caps test Notice that this bug is only in "EU" versions, cause in US there is a mark on "-" side.

This is not a bug with the EU symbols. It is a bug with the RAD-248 package pin numbering. The default package for the EasyEDA Libs EU electrolytic caps is the same as for the US symbols: CP_8X13MM The package you have for the US caps in your test example is also: CP_8X13MM but the package you have assigned for the EU electrolytic symbols is: RAD-248 and the problem is with the pin mapping of this package. * The package pins on the RAD-248 package need to be swapped. It can be worked around by selecting the symbol in the schematic and pressing `I` and then editing the PCB pin numbering but **the user should not have to do this with this type of package**. Thanks for your report.

I think all of the "RAD" packages have this issue. Look now, i changed few packages in EU caps and still the same. Will you do something about those bugs? Thanks

I have raised a specific Bug Report to get this fixed: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Reversed_pins_on_RAD_series_electrolytic_cap_footprints-jhb5nFXe8

Ok, thanks. It can be dangerous in some cases - you know what I mean. Thanks!

This is still not fixed. I noticed it after soldering 4 capacitors :-(
