Error During Update PCB

Hi All, I am having an issue with my shcematics. I make no changes to the schematics and when I click on the Update PCB option it shows multiple components to be Add and Removed eventhough I haven't made any changes to the schematics file. This happens whenever I close my project along with browser and reopen it for working.
