**BUG**
Concise problem statement: My project has a single schematic, yet trying to convert it to PCB causes the error below (duplicate ref des, 3 schematics with same names). There are no duplicate schematics.
Fixes I have tried:
1. cloned the original, deleted the original and tried with the clone - same error.
2. re-annotate schematic to no avail.
3. restarted the browser.
TBD:
Delete project, create new one, put schematic in there.
