After final update : 6.1.51 export is not working correctly. I use : Separated layer , Only check TopLayer : Export and Mirror . Color: Black on White
ZIP file is contain 4 pdf . :
1. Only HOLE
2. ONLY top layer without multilayer
3. Only Multilayer
4. only Dimension
All 4 files must be 1 pdf . it's not useble for etching
Old version exported only one pdf
When i check Merged layers every thing is ok BUT it's not mirror !
Brand new interactions and interfaces. 
Easy to use and quick to get started. 
Agreed, this is super annoying, I wish I could go back to the previous version
