When looking or a complex component such as an EP4CE6E22C8 FPGA, is there a way to select all parts of the component? It looks as though I can only select one piece (bank?) of the component at once:
You can only place one sub part at a time but once placed try using the Find Similar Objects... tool to select all sub part symbols by the common part of their their prefix or name.
