You mean like the **Snap: Yes/No** settings - described in the Tutorial - in the Schematic, Symbol, PCB and Footprint Editor canvases?

Yes, the **Snap: Yes/No** setting is the one I'm refering to. Every piece of software I can think of that features a snap function includes a shortcut key to toggle it.
I've been a beta tester since 2008 for over 100 products from 40+ developers. UI/UX is my main area of speciality. :)
