Hi, I want to place a fiducial in my PCB I use a round pad with 0.75mm diameter. A solder mask with 0.375mm and a paste mask with -0.375mm So I have a fiducial with d=0.75 and the solder mask is 2 x d and without paste mask on the pad. But I have a full copper area on the PCB, and the upper area has a clearance of 0.15mm so the copper area is to close to my fiducial. How can I remove the copper from the copper area around of 2 x d from my fiducial? You can see in the example. paste mask= red soldermask = light green  and here is the top layer my copper area...
