1. Look for "Switches" in LCSC.com; 2. Then compare your datasheet and image with those in LCSC.com; 3. Then use the LCSC part number of the part you choose from LCSC.com to find the symbol, footprint and 3D model in the EasyEDA libraries;  4. If you cannot find an equivalent to this part then you may need to create your own symbol, footprint and 3D model or find a suitable alternative part. Note that the information that you have posted above is not enough to clearly define a symbol for the part since it shows no electrical connectivity.
