1. Look for anything overhanging the edge of the board;  2. Press the K key to zoom the whole PCB to fill the window. Look closely in the empty space round the outside of the board outline for accidental misplaced parts. Try selecting just the PCB then cutting (CTRL+X) only that selection then selecting everything (CTRL+A), pressing Delete then pasting (CTRL+V) the cut board back into the PCB Editor. 3. Do the same K > select then cut the PCB aqs in (2) above but then refresh and check the Design Manager to see what is left in it. More help if you can post a link to a public copy of your project.
