Note that quite a few Hackspaces now have SM ovens.  Nobody is going to buy a pick and place so you'll have to place the components yourself but it saves the expense of buying and calibrating your own oven. Alternatively there are places that will do it but you're usually looking at $200 mark even for one PCB.
