The left hand end of the silkscreen outline does not match the distance from the pin centres of the right hand end which it probably should do. This matters for closely spaced connectors. You would be better to set the pin centres to be on the grid, not some unspecified point of the silk screen outline. Without sight of your actual footprint, it is unclear which layer you need to edit to change or remove the blue outline rectangle: 

If you select the blue rectangle, it will highlight and show which layer it is on, in the right hand panel.
