The footprint for Through Hole (TH) LEDs seems to be backwards. Seems to be common problem with TH LED footprints. Not sure if this should be fixed by EasyEDA or LCSC.
Industry Standard is for the flat side to be the cathode / negative.
Easy EDA:
If only life was so simple. Welcome to the real world, where standards are made up and nothing really matters :D

It should be as you have said previously, but I tried to find the same component as you had, but were successful with a correct footprint?
Is this the same component?

In the datasheet is it is also stated the round = anode / flat = cathode.
Also checks out in EDA:
---
So I'm a bit baffled about how this came to be.
But keep in mind that there are LED's out there the other way around. I have a few from somewhere, I don't know where, but there are LED's with anode flat and round cathode.
That's why you really need to have these things checked before.
