**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
The view count of a forum post will increase if the page is refreshed. Even if there is no new content, the view count will increase
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Refresh forum post page
Results: View count has now been incremented
Expected results: View count only increment when there is new content to be shown (or you haven't viewed the post before)
Browser: Chrome (but I have found this to happen for a lot of forums on any browser)
