It is possible to create non-electronic drawings using the drawing tools pallette.
Your feature request does not say: what particular drawing features would you want to see added?
If you created a schematic symbols for these but just using the Drawing tools pallette then they would automatically be contributed to the library for all to share.
Creating symbols in EasyEDA is pretty easy.
You would have to think about how to get the symbols into a useable form but you can print them out in PDF, PNG or SVG format so you should be able to print them onto some sort of transfer medium. Maybe directly onto a panel.
