The PCB image together with the Nets section in the PCB Design Manager shows exactly what and where the problems are. There are incomplete connections of GND pads to the GND net. In fact you have no ground track of copper area at all in you PCB so of course none of the GND pads are connected. This us what the Net Ratlines list is showing. Note the message at the bottom  left about Incomplete Connection.
