Global layer switch command

Would it be possible to switch top/ bottom layers round with a single command? I have two PCBs that partially overlap (touching) on installation and it would be better if I could switch the top/ bottom tracks around on one board to minimize the possibility of accidental/ unintended contact. One more question: Would it be possible to create a tool for square cut-outs similar that that of the circle command? Thank you. Keep up the excellent work!!!

@jbdreyer, "I have two PCBs that partially overlap (touching) on installation and it would be better if I could switch the top/ bottom tracks around on one board to minimize the possibility of accidental/ unintended contact." Um. If you swap the top and bottom layers they have to be both mirrored vertically (or horizontally) otherwise the component pins will be reversed. Therefore, as far as the tracks and pads are concerned, that is the equivalent of turning the board upside down. If your fixing holes are symmetrical in X and Y directions and you have the space under the PCB to accommodate parts that used to be on the top of the board, could you not just fit one of the PCBs upside down? Alternatively, can you rotate one of the PCB 180 degrees without inverting it? "a tool for square cut-outs" You can use the Solid Region tool set to NPTH. This creates a non-plated-though hole of an arbitrary shape and size.
