In a nutshell, you can't.
It's a spoke of the thermal relief to the pad.
You _could_ reduce the clearance if it's that important but why?....it wont be seen and as long as it meets the DRC then as it stands should be ok.
Personally I'd be more concerned with the clearance between D- and D+ at R2 and R3 respectively but that's probably just me.
