I have the same issue :( see below no matter what i do it the via's below are invisible.  I can tell they are there when i do a 3d or 2d image of them. I'm not sure i did something but even closing and reopening the design yields the same result every-time... The other projects when I open them have visible via's. See the 2d rendering of the same section of the design below you can see the via's are there.  Also notice I've lost the label's in the design above compared to the 2d rendering below.  U3 for some reason is missing from the chip -but D1 is visible in both... Frustrating because I just need to connect like 2 more components and then i'm done.  Hopeful that this helps provide enough details about the issue... <br> <br>

Check your layers. You have probably made the Multi-layer layer invisible.
