Ground Copper Pour dashed outline - any effect?

Does the dashed outline on a ground copper plane actually get laid down? Because it looks like that dashed outline with bump right into other nets. Try the photo-view tool and you can see how it looks without the dashed line..

If I may make a suggestion: that fat dashed line makes it so hard (with no benefit that I can see!) to see what's going on. Could it be reduce to a single-pixel line, with half-transparency? Seems this change would remove a true annoyance, with little effort! Thanks for listening.
