Half-cut/Castellated Holes Not Working

![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20180103/5a4bbcd311a2c.png I'm attempting to add half-cut holes to my PCB, but something is going wrong when your website generates the gerber. In the gerber, the holes are moved lower than the board outline, instead of getting cut in half. The top half of the image shows the PCB editor. It generates correctly in the preview, but when it's exported for manufacture the gerber looks like the lower half.

* I can reproduce this issue. Any pads manually placed so that centre of the pad area is just outside the left or lower edge of the board outline will show the holes offset from the pad centres. Pads at the upper and right edges seem unaffected. * This is demonstrated by the EasyEDA Gerber View here: https://gerber-viewer.easyeda.com/?ref=easyeda.com#!id=aa297187f00211e79ed5026a86b9cae7 ![enter image description here][1] which has been generated by the **Gerber Output...** of this project: https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/Castellated_hole_bug-cd909981d29f43be833b686b3707bb4e * However, the same Gerber Output files when viewed in the FOSS gerbv are OK: ![enter image description here][2] **So this is a bug in the EasyEDA Gerber Viewer and not in the actual Gerber Output files. Therefore it is OK to proceed with the Gerber Output as is but it should be checked using gerbv:** http://gerbv.geda-project.org/ Note that you appear to have set your project to be private so only you can see it (your home page shows one public project but it does not appear to have any content). Thank you for the response. I tested the gerber on the regular gerber-viewer.com website and experienced the same issue, so I assumed that the issue was with gerber output. I tested with the software you recommended and it appears to be fine, so I guess the problem is with gerber-viewer.com.

My example looks OK in gerber-viewer.com: ![enter image description here][1] If you make your project public I can have a look over it if you like. [1]: /editor/20180103/5a4cbca2883d1.png

I created a public project and copied the file to it. I tested again on gerber-viewer.com and they seem to have fixed the problem on their site.

Thanks Tutorials, Until this bug is resolved, we suggest using the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) **gerbv**: http://gerbv.geda-project.org/ to check Gerber files. :)
