Hard to work with differential pairs

Hi, I have several projects that are based on the Raspberry PI CM4 module. This provide PCI Express, HDMI and gigabit connectivity that require to be router with 100ohm differential pairs. These connections have some requirements for the PCB regarding the length of the pairs. While the existing tool to tune the track length help to calibrate the length of the tracks that are inside a pair, it cannot tune the length of all pairs from a connection. Second issue is that right after i create the differential pairs the DRC give me clearance errors so i need to manually fix these my moving every track a little bit until DRC error will clear. Will be also nice if the differential pairs will preserve the distance between the tracks also when one track is manually moved. Is also hard to see the distance of a track that contain more segments (ex: tune the track length was applied) Thanks, Marius.
