Have the "No Connect" flags move with their associated parts
How would you like the feature to work?
When I move a part with pins that are marked with "No Connect" flags, the flags should move with the part.
Why is this feature important to you?
It's easy to forget to move the Xs, resulting in DRC errors that have to be corrected.
