Hello
Having a terrible time getting the "No connection to work.

I suspect that the problem is that your PIC16F1937-EP symbol has been placed off-grid so it is almost impossible to get the no-connect symbol to snap to the pin.
You should always place symbols and wires on a grid and snap that is some suitable sub-division of the symbol pin spacing (the default value for all three is 10).
You must also check that any symbol that you create or choose has not only a suitable pin spacing but also that they snap to the schematic grid when you place them.
This also partly why you have all these spurious red join dots at each end of every net. The other reason is that you have wires that overhang the pin ends. This makes your schematic hard to read as the dots are very distracting and make the schematic look cluttered.
Correct.
Have a close look at these schematics for comparison:

Andy then why is it that the componet produces a red dot?
I also moved the componet in line with the grid and the "X" no connection worked.
I will correct my componets not to have the red dot.
Thank you
Hello Andy
I cleaned up my connections
I have 3 junctions that I have reconnected and they will not produce a "Dot"
