Help with correcting error on BOM

When opening the BOM, I get an alert with this error: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array; null given This error is preventing me from ordering components from LCSC. What is the cause of this error? What should I look for to correct it?

Is the problem when you try to upload the BOM into LCSC? Can you export the BOM from the Schematic or PCB as a CSV file and open it in a text editor or LibreOffice Calc or some other spreadsheet?
