Help me reading this cpu size from datasheet

Hi, I am creating a package for allwinner H3. But I don't quite understand the pin detail Datasheet: [H3 datasheet][1] See the last page. The pin pad should be 0.15mm but there is also the 0.08mm value. I see that the numbers may be rounded at two decimals, hence 0.15/2= 0.075 rounded at 0.08mm. But what is this value meaning? Thanks! Hmmmm. I don't understand the symbols but I should be able to find out tomorrow.

@andyfierman: Andy, could you please check and give me your opinion on the allwinner H3 package I just added? I read in the tutorial than solder masks are automatically added by the software. I created 0.25mm pads and solder layer should be 0.37mm (will it be added by easyEDA?) If there is anything missing.. please tell me!

Sorry Markl but I don't know enough of the detail of our PCB fab to answer your question about the specific solder mask clearances. Please contact Support directly and be very clear what your question (s) is (are). You can include a link to your Gerbers if you upload them to the EasyEDA viewer or you can share the project privately with them.
