Hole diameter and circle diameter do not match

Hello,

I'm trying to make an accurate drawing that matches the diameter of a knob. The hole is measured with "hole size" in mm. The circle is measured in diameter (also in mm). But the numbers don't match. When I make the circle 7.5mm I do not get the same size of the hole. How can I make sure my sizes are correct?

Thanks

Circle uses a radius, the hole uses a diameter as its variable.
For the circle you need to divide the 7.5mm by 2 to get 3.75mm, because diameter is radius x 2
Hole is just 7.5mm
For the circle, you can also change the "width" to something smaller like 0.1 mm, so the line isn't too thick.
