Hole plated internal

Hello folks, i have a question maybe simple for you all. I want a big hole plate internally like this [https://i.imgur.com/XcjWvpB.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/XcjWvpB.jpg) i want to know what kind of tool use: Via or Pad?  what kind of tool make a plated internal hole? i think via, but you guys are more experience than me (first pcb design) Thanks to all.

You can use MultiLayer Pad up to a max inner diameter of 6.3mm as given in: [https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/Capabilities](https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/Capabilities) > Drill Hole Size Note that you can define slotted holes too using the Pad tool. For larger diameter or arbitrary shaped holes, use: [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Solid-Region/index.html](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Solid-Region/index.html) Set to "Board Cutout" but note that the hole will **not** be through-plated.
