@dillon I have downloaded the local (off-line) router, and I am using it. So I see no problem in frequently use of unrouter, once this does not flood your server.
Suppose you have a PCB that's been placed, routed, had Copper Area and Documentation added and you decide that it's not what you want and you want to unroute it all but leave the board outline and placements alone.
Then you use **Global Delete...**:

and tick `Copper Area`, `Drawings`, `Text` and `Tracks`:

then click **OK** and the PCB is unrouted, cleared of copper areas and all documentation is removed but the board outline and the placements are preserved:

The issue with this Feature Request is that the function that you are asking for is already implemented, in fact in a much more flexible way that a simple **Unroute All** Hotkey.
Yes, a Hotkey is a single click whilst:
**Tools > Global Delete...** and tick `Copper Area`, `Drawings`, `Text` and `Tracks` **> OK**
is six clicks but how often in a well planned design would you need to do that?
Given that such a Hotkey is likely to be used infrequently by most people and that the resources available in EasyEDA are fully committed to the next major release, this is almost certainly going to be a long way down the ToDo list.
