Hi I have 2 ground plane, one is Analog Ground, one is Digital Ground plane. I draw AGND in small specific area in board and DGND cover all the board include AGND. I need to specific clearance between AGND and DGND. How can I do that? P/S: I would like to set clearance between difference Copper Areas, but except clearance with trace or pad Thanks

Clearance is an attribute of the copper area.  Just set it to whatever you want.  Normally I leave it at 10mils, but for a 120VAC section of my board I increased it to 70mils. --Bob

If two different net copper areas, you need to set the design rule's clearance.
