How do I add multiple items in BOM for single part footprint

Hi, I want to add at 3 pin PCB header and a single 2 pin jumper ala those inside PC's on the motherboard. The schematic is simple, its just a 3 pin connector or so, and the footprint is a 3 pin 100 mills header. But I want the Jumper part to be added to the BOM as well, so that it is surely purchased with all the components for the PCB, as it is vital for the PCB to work. I have searched near and far in the forums but havn't found anything so far.

Thanks, I didnt know I should search for google docs. Is there a list of documents available somewhere. Good guide by the way :-)
