You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
How do I fix this ? (Layers toolbar almost full width)

Drag the PCB layers tool bottom right corner

@UserSupport Ah thanks.  My eyesight isn't all it could be and I didn't notice the arrow there.
