How does the reuse module feature work?

I've gotten the reuse module to work on the schematic side, but I'm not sure if it is intended to work on the PCB layout side. The manual doesn't really explain much, does anyone know of any good tutorials or specifically what the reuse module is suppose to do? I'm using EasyEda Pro on a desktop
