@forzaelectronica, The ratlines show which pins are connected together. They are not PCB tracks. It is up to you to place the components where you want them on the PCB and then to replace the ratlines with tracks using the **Track** tool in the PCB Tools pallette (or using the Autorouter). Using the Footprint Manager, you can edit them in the symbol or the package, it does not matter, (or click on the schematic symbol in the Schematic Editor and press the **I** key or edit the pin numbers of the footprint pads one at a time in the PCB Editor).
