How to connect to copper pour

Sorry, if this is a really basic question, but how do I connect to my copper pour (a.k.a ground plane). I have a capacitor that I want to connect one end of to ground. See the attached image for my PCB. I want to connect the bottom pad of U4 to the copper pour. You have to assign the same net name to the copper pour as that of the net you want it to connect to. So if you have labelled the net in the schematic from which you created the PCB (or the track in the PCB if you did not create the PCB from a schematic) that you want to define as ground to be **GND** then assign the name **GND** to the Net attribute of the copper area.
