How to connect to inner BGA pins ?

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the LM48580TLX/NOPB chip in my design.
It's a BGA component and I do not understand how I can connect to the inner pins.
The PCB layout I found at easyeda does not have vias.
When I looked at other BGA's I've noticed that it's all look the same.
What am I missing ?

Can anybody help ?

and note that EasyEDA and JLCPCB do not currently support blind and micro vias.
