How to create mounds on the pcb surface

Goal:  **Create mounds on the pcb** surface which act as battery contact points. Four 18650 cells will be standing upright on the "terminal mounds", held vertical and in position by the case walls. The terminals in the lid contact the other end of the cells, with some pressure, to complete and secure the connection.

You can search for or create suitably sized single-layer pads and the add solder to them. The HASL PCB finish will not build up enough solder for your requirement so you will need to add solder by hand. Put a generic connector symbol in the schematic and then assign the PCB Footprint that you found or created to it. Then when you do Convert to PCB the Footprint will be pulled into the PCB Editor. You can find or create a single, twin or multi-pad Footprint depending on how you want to be able to place the pads in the PCB and then use a suitable single, twin or multi-pin connector or header in the schematic.
