A)
1. Place both devices in the schematic;
2. mark both as "Convert to PCB = Yes"
3. mark the one you do not want to fit as "Add into BOM = No"
B)
1. Create a custom footprint that includes both footprints for the original devices;
2. Place a symbol for one part in the schematic;
3. Assign the new footprint to that symbol.
