How to fix footprint and 3D model positioning?

I am having a problem with the footprint and 3D model of the C27543 part. 1\. The position of the two holes is incorrect compared to a real part\. Need to move 20mil toward the plastic tab\. 2\. The 3D model is position in 180 degrees compared to what JLCPCB manufacturers\. The plastic tab of the connector need to be on the side of the extra line on the footprint\. I created a fixed custom footprint I called CONN\-TH\_KF2510\-2A\-FIXED but I don't know how to assign it to the footprint on my PCB because the field with footprint name CONN\-TH\_KF2510 is grayed out and can't be change\. How to assign a new footprint to the C27543 part?

A PCB Footprint is assigned to a Schrmatic Symbol. You have to change the Footprint assigned to the Symbol in the schematic. You do that using the Footprint Manager in. Then you do Update PCB... to pull the new Footprint into the PCB.
